井下照明电源的单级PFC变换电路控制策略研究

Research on Control Strategy of Single-Stage PFC Rectifier for Illumination Power in Underground Mine

摘要: 针对煤矿井下LED照明设备的低压直流供电需求,设计了一款具有功率因数校正和电气隔离功能的AC-DC单级功率变换器。文章首先分析了电路基本工作原理,然后重点讨论了在传统单位功率因数控制策略下,输入电流波形畸变的产生机理,并提出了针对该拓扑的新型控制策略,消除波形畸变。最后运用仿真和实验验证了所提出控制策略的可行性。

Abstract: In allusion to the requirement of low voltage DC power supply, which is used for LED illuminating in underground mine, a single-stage AC-DC rectifier is designed.The rectifier can achieve high power factor and galvanic isolation. This paper analysis the basic operation principle firstly, discusses the distortion of input current waveform when using the traditional unit power factor control strategy. Then, this paper proposes a novel control strategy eliminating the distortion of waveform. Finally, the validity of the proposed control strategy is verified through the simulation results and experimental results.
